Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about your order or need help with this process please contact us by phone at: (866) 616-6433 or by email at: Sales@clinicalnutraceuticals. All shipments are shipped via USPS priority shipping. All free (USA Only) shipping orders are processed and shipped the same or following day and are calculated to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. All other orders will ship as scheduled. For other information contact: Sales@clinicalnutraceuticals. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages from the shipping provider, or once the package has been delivered to your address. We are not required to provide tracking information, but many times this comes as a free service from us to ensure your delivery and satisfaction.

Completed Order Information

When your order has been completed, it will typically ship the same or following business day, and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days (this applies to all free USA shipping orders). International order please allow approximately 14 business days for arrival. Please be sure to watch for your package to avoid theft or missed deliveries. Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Our payments are all 100% secured via Paypal business merchant services. Please email us at: Sales@clinicalnutraceuticals if you have any other questions regarding payment methods or payment information in general. All international orders will not be subject to refunds and once the order has shipped the customer takes full responsibility for payment and the shipment. We will attempt to assist you in the event your package is lost or not delivered in a timely manner (7-14 business days is considered typical for international customers).

International Customers

All International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees or taxes within your own country. Which Clinical Nutraceuticals Company is not responsible for. Please allow longer shipping times for customs inspections. Some packages takes can take 7-21 business days, or even longer depending on your country’s guidelines. We are not responsible for packages seized by your country or country’s customs/governing body agency relating to our shipment. You are fully responsible to know your country’s rules, laws and regulations concerning our shipment to you. You are further more responsible for communications with your country’s customs department regarding your shipment from us. If you are unable to recover your package, we cannot refund you in these instances. We are not responsible for customs fees incurred by your country.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened bottles within a 30-day period from original purchase date.  We do not accept returns on any opened bottles (seals broken). If you would like to return unopened bottle(s), you need to contact us and obtain a RMA number from us within this 30-day period. There is also a 30% restocking fee that applies for all returned bottles. All other returns will not be accepted. Due to legal reasons, we are not allowed to offer ‘results guaranteed warranties’ or offer ‘money back guarantees’ related to results achieved. Results do vary and are not always typical. However, if you are unsatisfied with products received, or need to return unopened bottles for any reason, you can easily do so within this 30-day from original purchase date, minus the 30% restocking fee as outlined above.

Product Warnings

It is highly important that you follow the directions provided on each of the bottle’s labels. We highly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional before taking our health supplements to be safe and to avoid any adverse reactions. The statements made here on our website, and our products, are not intended to replace advice/guidance from a licensed medical practitioner. Do not take these products if you are currently taking a prescription blood thinning medication, such as a ‘warfarin’ or a ‘coumadin’. These products are not recommended for children. These products are also not recommended for women that are nursing or pregnant. Clinical Nutraceuticals & any parties affiliate with, will not be held liable for any misuse or ill effects caused by our products.

Legal Disputes

By checking this box and making this purchase, you agree that any legal disputes that may arise will be withheld from court room litigation and lawsuits, and settled by an arbitration judge agreed upon by both parties (You & Clinical Nutraceuticals). The location of the arbitration hearing will be held at choice by Clinical Nutraceuticals. Fees incurred by this hearing will be a the full expense of the party creating the arbitration hearing.
